Resale Terms (Provisional — Pending Legal Review)

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms govern the conditions when a member transfers a licensed right they hold to another member through the THEZZLE resale market. Article 2 (Resale price) A resale price may only be set within the minimum and maximum price range configured by the original creator. A listing outside that range will not be accepted. Article 3 (Creator royalty and platform fee) When a resale is completed, a creator royalty and a platform fee are each deducted from the sale amount at the rates in effect when the sale is completed, and the remainder is credited to the seller. Article 4 (Nature of the transfer) What transfers on resale is the license right recorded in the ledger. Files the seller already received at the time of their own purchase are not part of this transfer and are not subject to recall. After a resale, the seller may no longer reuse or redistribute the work under that right. Article 5 (Refund limits) Refund limits for work acquired through resale follow the [Post-Download No-Refund Notice]. Article 6 (Notice) This document is a provisional draft published before legal review is complete. It will be replaced by a finalized version once legal review concludes.
